The International Criminal Court equates the aggressor with the attacked and is working to bring charges against Netanyahu and leaders of the Palestinian resistance, claiming that both sides “committed war crimes.”
Confronting Israel, which has been slaughtering us for 76 years, has become a “war crime,” as if what is happening is “a neighbour’s attack.”
The court's premise is wrong and criminal, as it considers that our people have no right to return to their land from which they were displaced, nor to confront the attacks of the criminal occupier.
What about the occupation crimes in the West Bank? Will they bring charges against Netanyahu and his thugs? Or must there be an accusation against a Palestinian party in order for the court to be “fair?”
Fake and hypocritical justice, and even the International Court of Justice is delaying issuing a clear decision condemning the occupying state in response to America’s dictates.
The so-called “International Criminal Court” indicted only two of the occupation leaders, Netanyahu and his Defense Minister Gallant, while indictments were brought against three of the leaders of the oppressed people, Haniyeh, Sinwar, and Deif.
Why did they not accuse their head of state, Herzog, as they accused our president, Haniyeh? Why did they not indict their Chief of Staff Halevy? Isn't the guest's "accusation" that he is the chief of staff of the resistance?
America wants to get rid of Netanyahu and Gallant and bring in the Zionist opposition, and Halevy and Herzog are affiliated with Netanyahu’s opponents. Do you know the reason? Even in this, the goal was not to achieve justice, but rather to settle internal scores between the conflicting wings of the occupying state.
